I'M READYI have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years now while earning several qualifications and attending educational seminars recognised by the world’s leading fitness associations.
I strive to give the best bespoke programs tailored to my client’s needs and I believe in pushing my clients hard to smash their limits and set new ones.
As well as having several diplomas (Circuits, Boxing, Spinning with Reps and Senior PT with FIPE / NSCA), I have spent my early life in football, swimming and athletics. Since I turned 18, I have concentrated on fitness and martial arts; this broad range of experience enables me to create personalised training protocols with diet (and potential supplementation) advice that suits every need and that are tested on the battlefield.
